Please enter any allergies or medical conditions that may impact your child at Awana in the Special Notes section.

Threre is a registration fee of $15 per clubber.  The fee covers a clubber's handbook, awards and uniform (EXCEPT T&T).  We accept cash, checks made payable to North Annville Bible Church or credit card. In your registration confirmation email, there will be a link to pay online with a credit card via our church's website.
